I need to obtain precertification/prior authorization for one of my patients’ services. How do I do that?

Please call the number on the back of the patient’s ID card.  Not sure if a service requires precertification? Call us! We’re happy to look that up for you.

 

How do I submit claims?

You can mail claims to our PO box or submit claims electronically via our payer ID.

Can I look up patients’ claims online? How do I do that?

Sure! Click on the “View Claims” link to visit our online portal. From there, you can register for access to our portal, plus look up patients’ claims and eligibility.

 

I’d like to receive electronic payments instead of checks, so how do I sign up for EFT?

We're currently working on that feature for our providers. Reach out to us for updates.

 

How do I appeal a claim?

Please send us a written appeal by mail or fax that explains the reason for the appeal and includes supporting relevant documentation.
